I currently work for Medtronic in the Cardiac Rhythm & Heart Failure Division, where I get the opportunity to carry the company’s most advanced cardiac device portfolio in my bag. I regularly assist the interventional cardiologists in the cathlab with the implantation and programming of cardiac devices like pacemakers, implantable cardiac defibrillators, cardiac resynchronization therapy devices, etc. Moreover, I frequently work in a patient facing environment and also help to drive sales of this product portfolio throughout Bangladesh. My background in biomedical engineering enabled me to better comprehend the technical elements of the devices and gave me the confidence to collaborate more closely with the doctors for the benefit of the patients.
